General Members Meeting + Board Change Party

Welcome back, everyone! I hope you are all well-rested and recharged after a wonderful summer break! The good news is, getting back into our regular routines comes with a whole new year packed with exciting activities. Starting off, we would like to invite you to the General Members Meeting and the Board Change Party on the 17th of September! The GMM will begin at 19:00 o’clock in Forum room B0425 and from 22:30 o’clock onwards we will celebrate the Board Change in the Woeste Hoeve.

During the GMM, we will cover the usual agenda items, along with some proposed IR changes. This time, we will discuss IR point 6.15ar concerning the Introduccie and IR point 6.15ay concerning the P-cie. Additionally, we will be voting on a new name for our knotsball team, as described in IR point 9.4a.

After this, the board change will take place, complete with all the usual traditions. The new board will present the policy of 2024-2025, as well as the year estimation. In the new constitution, Ishaan Dewan will become the new Secretary, Erin van Vegchel will take over as Vice President from Esther Top, Sean Prendergast will step into the role of Treasurer thereby taking over from Julius Pelle, and Bart the Study Commissioner will be replaced by Silviana Urlih! Last but not least, Eva van Dieën will be signing off as Secretary and stepping up as our new President!
